Web Browsers are storing (caching) a local copy of every page you visit, meaning it doesn't have to download a page every time you access it.
Please follow the instructions if you think you are not seeing updated content: |
With Netscape Navigator 4.0 and higher: |
 | Select "Edit" in the menu bar. |
 | Select "Preferences". |
 | Select "Advanced". |
 | Select "Cache". |
 | Click on "Clear Memory Cache" and "Clear Disk | | Cache". |
 | Under "Document in cache is compared to file on | | network", select Every time. |
 | Click OK. |
 | Reload your browser. (Press "CTRL R") |
